Handcrafted Rolled Ice Cream! Our Organic cream base is poured onto a freezing cold stainless-steel plate, we mix in your ingredients and use spatulas to chop, mix and ROLL the ice cream!
What makes your business one of the best small businesses in your community?
Our Rolled Ice Cream starts with an organic cream base poured over a cold stainless-steel plate at -30 degrees! We then mix in locally sourced fruits and ingredients into the cream. We start chopping and mixing using 2 spatulas. Our Rollologists chop the base, spread over the cold plate and roll out into scrolls of delicious ice cream. We don’t only sell rolled ice cream, we give each one of our customers a unique “Rolled Ice Cream Experience”. From the friendly smiles, to the cool designs drawn on our cold plates with chocolate syrups, we give each of our customers a one of a kind treat. Our business is family owned and operated. There is always a combination of us either working the floor, rolling ice cream with our amazing staff, or developing new ideas. Our heart and passion goes into everything we do. We love to help encourage community growth by uplifting other small businesses around the area, by promoting them on our channels or including their product in our rolls.

How has working with a SCORE mentor helped your business?
Going into this business was a nerve wrecking experience. There were many questions I had and really no direction as to what direction was the best one to take. After talking to my mentors and having multiple meetings with them, they focused me onto the path that helped get my business running. Amazing people and doing it out of solely to help other people. Please describe the specific ways that your business has been successful and how it will grow in the next year.
We opened our ice cream shop at the “worse time” according to many. We believed in our craft and pushed forward with the help of some awesome people. Since opening day, we have had lines out the door at pretty much all hours of the day. We are in the process of opening a second location with more space that will allow for more equipment to accommodate all our customers better and faster! We plan on franchising the business in the next couple of months.
